Group Collector - Plus Exclusive Questions

this extension helps me to automate only barely 20% of my daily work (my group has more than 100 000 members, I have more than 300 requests per day, and in the summer, more than 600 request per day (half of them are spammers!). The problem is that most of "legit" requests come from people who do not answer questions, but instead, leave valuable comments in my public group. Group collector has no option to delete people who do not comment + do not answer questions. therefore, I have to spend 2 hours per day manually approving new members who leave great comments in my group. There is also a big lack of other filters and combined options. SPAMMERS ARE litteraly wasting my time everyday, and unfortunately, your extension is not advanced enough to get rid of them. You said a few months ago you would look into this, but since, nothing happened and I also see no improvement in the extension

the other big issue is the google sheet grabbing emails. the emails are not even extracted in a clean column in the google sheet, I already reported that problem long time ago, you did not fix anything

and the last thing, you have an integration with sendfox, that does not work at all. it does nothing, please fix it.

Do you have any other confirmation that you Facebook Add, that Facebook indeed will not close your account if you use this tool to collect data?

I am asking because it looks like the use of automated data collection is only allowed with previous permission from Facebook. Have you achieved one, so we, as your customers can use the tool without fearing the loss of our accounts?

I have purchased the product, but am not comfortable using it before I am sure that I will not be punished.

And I wonder if you would you consider adding that following functionality on your roadmap. I think it would be great to automate that process, as I don't know how to do it except manually which is time consuming:
--> Event = whenever someone requests to join my private FB group and answers my questions BUT DOES NOT check the FB button which asks them to agree to the group's rules:
--> Action = neither approve nor decline their request, but instead automatically send them a private DM via Messenger (where I can remind them they need to approve the grou's rules if they want to join)

Is that feasible?

Do the groups all have to be connected to one FB account or can it work with multiple groups using different FB accounts?
