works great and the team updated the software quickly once an issue was discovered

I signed up because of the native ClickFunnels 2.0 integration. The product works great and has the potential to be even more valuable with a few additional features. For example, it would be helpful to have the ability to create welcome posts that automatically tag new users, as well as tag those users in a series of scheduled welcome posts over the course of a few months.

Great concept, responsive support, one downside

I grabbed this for a client looking for a way to automate sending welcome emails to new Facebook Group members. Was extremely pleased to see that it easily integrates into Simplero, which is a less well-known platform.

Setup is fine and it works as it should. The only downside is that to collect the email, you MUST request the Facebook group member to provide their email address in one of the membership questions. It will not work at all if you don't. This was not clear in the documentation at the time I got this.

The problem with this is that it sidesteps the whole "FB verified email address" element. The user can put whatever (possibly bogus) email they want into that question, whether it's their FB address or not.

That said, the tool does what it says it does, and support is responsive and helpful.

Clunky to Set Up, But Great!

What a fantastic tool to make it super-easy to gather data about the people joining your Facebook group! The only difficult thing about it is setting it up; I didn't find the instructions terribly helpful. Luckily, this was recommended by a friend, so my friend helped me with set-up questions. What it does is gather potential group members information, including answers to member questions, into a Google Doc. I'm using it to help me better understand what people want from my group so I can deliver value. I have plans for several Facebook groups in the works. I will be using Group Collector for every one!

Such a handy tool!

I just started using group collector and am so glad I did! Instead of taking screenshots of member requests and then losing them in the sea of photos of my grandkids, their info is captured and stored in a spreadsheet just by me clicking "add member" Plus, I set up an automation in Convertkit that sends them a welcome email upon joining my group. Such a cool tool that is simple to set up with the easy-to-follow instruction videos, and is really easy to use. Worth every taco!
