I purchased and refunded a similar product due to many issues so when I saw Group Collector, I thought I'd give it a shot. Wow! This is better than any of the others on the market. For starters, the UI is simple, UX is easy with step by step instructions, a pre-built google spreadsheet, many integrations with auto-responders, web hooks and auto approvals (based on parameters you set).

I purchased this a few weeks ago and just got around to redeeming it. Don't be like me. Get it and use it right away. It will save you a ton of time!
