It's awesome

the tool does what other tools don't, it's give you almost unlimited everything, it's reliable, easy to use, the UI and UX needs some work and some clean up, but it's def a worth while investment, and the people behind it are also quite responsive, go for it.

Not for teams

You can't invite a client or a team member to a workplace because they don't receive a link to connect. When you speak with support they told you that they must have a gmail account (what it is useless in most cases) but even with a gmail account it is not working. There is a message saying "error" each time you try to invite someone. And the answer of support is silence, even after several tries.

Rough start, but great support!

I previously gave this 2-stars but the developers were able to troubleshoot and solve some backend issues that caused my problems, so I'm upgrading to 5 stars! It does everything I need it to now.
