So what’s the difference between users and clients?
- Users are the people inside your team — they’re the ones using the platform to manage, create, and optimize marketing campaigns. Think of them as your marketers, strategists, analysts, or even account managers.
- Clients, on the other hand, represent the businesses you’re delivering marketing services to. Each client has their own dedicated workspace inside the platform — including campaigns, data, assets, reports, and personas.

Can I use users to deliver service to clients?
- Absolutely! That’s exactly how it’s designed.
- You can assign your users (team members) to work across different clients. For example, a strategist might be working across 2 of your clients at the same time — planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns within each client’s dedicated area in the platform.
