Hi, is it possible to enter competitor's domain, and search what prompt they are ranking and impression tracking? So that, I can copy their prompt as FAQ or article. Thanks

Short answer: not exactly the way you describe, and no tool can do that reliably today.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the others don't publish which prompts people type or how many "impressions" a website gets in their answers. So any tool claiming exact prompt rankings and impressions for a competitor's domain is guessing.
On the free plan, I get the error message: “Edge Function returned non-2xx status code”. For example, when I use the ‘Check AI Visibility’ or ‘Audit’ functions on a single-page request. My webpage actually works perfectly well. When I run a keyword check or prompt coverage, I get a message saying that the page cannot be crawled. Unfortunately, these error messages are preventing me from purchasing a paid version. What could be causing me to receive these error messages?

A: Hi there,
The "Edge Function returned non-2xx status code" message appears because the features you tried, Check AI Visibility, Audit, keyword checks that crawl a page, and prompt coverage, read a live URL. That capability is not included in the free plan. Your page itself is working perfectly. The tool simply cannot fetch it on the free tier.

Is 1000 pages (tier 3) a one-time allowance or does it monitor up to 1000 pages at one time? Also what are AI assistance chats? Is MCP access available on tier 3?

A: Hi there,
1) 1000 pages is a workspace limit, meaning up to 1,000 pages managed at one time across your workspaces, not a one-time "use them and they're gone" allowance. You can delete/archive old pages and create new ones as long as the live total stays within your tier.
