Make sure you read the FAQs so you don’t get frustrated that the fancy voices from their homepage are not available. I use German and was initially disappointed by the quality of the available voices since the good ones were not included. However, the chat support was immediately available, understood my concerns, and activated one of the better German voices (Amelie) for me.
