After considering the numerous favorable reviews regarding their customer service, I decided to utilize this software. There was an incident where my email seeking support went unnoticed. Fortunately, Simon intervened and successfully addressed the issue I encountered. Additionally, he compensated me for the delay with an upgrade. Having reliable customer service is invaluable, particularly in the realm of software support. As a result, I am revising my rating to a 5.
