Q: Hi I'm interested in your product but I have a few questions.
My team is regularly on the move (european and African countries) and I'm regularly in Switzerland.
1) If you don't have a server in Switzerland, can my team connect every day in France, for example?
2) Will this slow down their Internet connection?
3) Does your security system have a big impact on system resources? (windows and mac)
4) Is your system a complement to an antivirus? Are we preventing our computers from being hacked?
5) We share our files on pcloud. It has happened to us that following a "contamination" of a computer, the virus has also caused damage on pcloud. I hope your solution can prevent such problems.
6) I understand that you don't have VPN servers in India, for example? I also understand that you don't have a roadmap for this aspect. What should I expect? 2 countries in the next 3 years, or the addition of several countries as far away as India in a few months?

Thank you for the questions.
I will try to answer the questions as best as I can.
1 & 2) We currently do not have any servers located in Switzerland. However, all of our servers can be accessed from any country and/or location. This also includes the use of our French server if you are located in Switzerland. It is possible that there will be a slower internet connection, however, the decrease will be limited, since the distance between the countries is not that far, even considered minimal.
3) Our security software has no big impact on system resources. Our software can be used on macOS and Windows devices without experiencing issues, even confirmed by our user base ;).
4) It can be considered as complement. Most anti virus software are used in order to monitor 'local' activity (for example, downloading and installing malicious files that will try to infect your PC). A big downside of most of these security applications, is that network activity from your device to the internet is not monitored. This is where the monitoring of our product kicks in. Any suspicious activity will be reported, and if considered a potential threat, you will even be notified. Reports on the activity will also be reported every week.
5) If any potential threats are detected, our product will be able to filter the threats with a category. Per category, we are able to explain the the core of the threat, and if the assistance of an external IT partner is enabled, provide further assistance regarding a solution for the situation.
6) We currently do not offer any servers in India, that is correct. However, we do monitor the server requests that we receive. If we receive a high amount of requests for a specific server location, it will be very likely that the server location/country will be added to our server list. For now, I am afraid that I am not able to make any promises regarding the amount of servers that we will add within a period of time, nor possible locations.
