Overall nice
I’ve been utilizing this application for the past month and I must say, it’s quite impressive. However, I’ve noticed that it’s not available for iOS and Android platforms. I’m hopeful that they’ll introduce these versions soon.
Over the past week, I’ve encountered an issue where the app slows down upon connecting it to Windows, and subsequently displays an error labeled “unknown error occurred while doing the HTTp call.
another error : Error when requesting data from the back-end. exception of type guardey. service. Graphql. graphqlcallexception was thown”. I trust that this will be rectified shortly.
Additionally, there’s another concern. The support options within the Windows software, specifically the email and call icons, are unresponsive. Is the only method of contacting support through their website to obtain their email address? It would be much more convenient if these features were functional within the app itself.

Releasing a mobile app (for both iOS and Android) are both on our backlog. We hope to release the app for these platforms in the upcoming year. The error messages that you received should not be included in the app, as you already mentioned, this needs to be rectified shortly. Also, the user experience regarding contacting our support via the Windows app should not be unresponsive. Could you provide us more information (via screenshots and/or videos) regarding this? You can contact our support via: support@guardey.com. Once received, we will be able to investigate the situation and come up with a solution as fast as possible.
