Thank you for the review.
We have also replied to your question, my colleague Guido replied with the information that is listed below. If you were still not able to add any team members, feel free to send us a message via our support.
Inviting a colleague to also use Guardey is only possible if you have admin rights.
Step 1:
Go to my.guardey.com and log in
Step 2:
Go to "My organization" in the menu
Step 3:
Click on the "+" icon at the top right.
Step 4:
A pop-up will appear. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite and click enter.
Step 5:
Select the correct team to which you want to invite the user
Step 6:
Click Send Invitation. Your added colleague will receive an email to create an account.
Do you want to invite more than 8 users at the same time? Then use our .CSV uploader.
First download the template via this pop-up and fill it in. Then upload the .CSV file and the users will all be added.
