Q: Hi, I have to say I am pretty excited about your product.
A few questions:
1. Do you have an ETA for a custom embed widget? i.e we bring our own html / script code?
2. How long an event be?
3. Is there an ETA on your native paywall? (and +1 on creating packages/upsells along with that).
4. Can you consider Webhooks IN AND OUT? This would make your product insanely powerful.
5. You mentioned that recordings of the video chats is possible, but you did not mention if you imposed any limits on your jitsi implementation..are there any? Will the recording remain available after an event has ended?
Thank you. Brilliant name by the way :)

May 14, 2024A: I've updated our roadmap this morning after discussing some of the recent ideas with the team, you should find some more definitive timelines here: https://trello.com/b/zwC3dWcc/guestboard-public-roadmap :)
• As of now we have no restrictions on how long an event can be. We may modify this in the future, but would obviously grandfather in anyone with a long event.
• Regarding the video recording, Jitsi's integrated function acts much like zoom does - I believe the recording simply downloads to your machine once the meeting is complete. At the moment we aren't planning on intercepting that and offering it for replay on the interface, but I greatly understand how that would be helpful. Going to dive into what it would take to offer that.
• Thanks for your +1 on the upsell packages, and I've added webhooks to our roadmap list (TBD on actual release date, still scoping)

I just left a pretty long message with a few points I discovered while testing, but forgot one MAJOR question:
How do I add co-hosts (equivalent to team members)? I need to be able to have a bunch of co-hosts. Here is a simple case - school year reunion and each co-host handles a certain classroom from that year (which also can be tagged with a group).
Basically a co-host should have some administrative permissions, but not full access. i.e. add resources, manage a thread (moderate it maybe), etc.. Any event will need co-hosts. Any parenting group will tell you that too :)
Hope you find a solution for that!
Thank you.
So right now there are currently 3 user roles - organizer (creator), admin, and guest. You can make any guest an admin, but they will have very few restrictions. We do need to add a fourth user role (co-organizer), and adjust/limit the privileges of the existing admin role to be more of a moderator. Might not be the perfect answer for your needs at the moment, but just an FYI that our improved plan for this should get you exactly where you want to be.
