You can do it both ways. The web app shows you the data, allows you to filter columns, and even run statistical analysis on it via hypothesize.io. You can also download it as a CSV.
I have been searching for the app that can help building quick webpage for user survey and analytics. GuidedTrack seems interesting. Wondering if SSO feature is included in Tier3? How about the team's login with the SSO?

Unfortunately, we don't offer SSO on any of the AppSumo tiers. SSO integrations typically require a lot of hands-on support from our team and that makes it economically unviable to include into lifetime deals.

I'm afraid there isn't anything directly related to building tools like the ones you see on clearerthinking.org, because the tools Clearer Thinking team builds are quite complex and take advantage of many GuidedTrack features.
