Bye ScribeHow, hello GuideJar
Amazing. If you do ANY work related to walkthroughs, guides, knowledgebases, onboarding, or whatever else honestly for an LTD this is a great deal on a very very promising looking platform (I've tried many, have been using a paid ScribeHow account with our team sharing a sole account because a team account is just beyond expensive for what I regard as not justification for a multi-thousand dollar expense recurring yearly!). And, it didn't even have the features GuideJar already has such as custom domain and a quick help-center setup and the UI is even ahead in options! Given the progress the team at Guidejar has made, and their size, compared to ScribeHow and Tango when they started, WOW this is beyond ahead already. Not to mention, it's also an LTD! I don't leave reviews a lot but I'm very happy with this so far, and while it's not as refined as a 5+ year company (a couple VERY miniscule rough-around-the-edges which, to my amazement, is very few comparing ScribeHow etc. from where they started and how long it took for them to release updates). 6/5 tacos honestly don't miss this one! Happy to see the progress and future of this company!
Quick Thoughts: I will happily buy an extra code just to get better quality after editing or adding redacted/blurred areas to images, seems to downscale pretty intense and that the text is a bit hard to read. Probably an encoding related issue as the regular images are much higher quality. Shoot me a message, would love to collaborate and give some other pointers as I've even worked on some open-source walkthrough/guide software because I was so sick of being gouged by 'meh' software like ScribeHow and Tango. Thanks!

Should be fixed before the end of this month. Will definitely hit you up if we hit a roadblock. Thank you again for offering your help :)
