I found that this has been a gift that keeps giving. They are still developing but so far I am able to do the things I need.

I LOVE the Interactive guides. They are very easy to set up and also very visibly appealing. The end screen customization makes me smile.

The only con-like feedback I have is there is currently an inability to share folders with clients. The workaround provided was to create a "HelpDesk", which means you'd need to be on Tier 2, and then create a category.

The other downfalls to that are:

1. Even though you can create custom domain links for each category, you can't share your overall help link because everyone will see the other categories. There is no private setting.

2. Adding guides is a tedious process. You can't add whole folders, you have to select each guide, one by one.

3. Once a guide is added, you are unable to provide the share links and embed codes from this view. Meaning the client would have to ask you each time they need a share link or code. Boo.
