too many bugs
I could not invite additional users (I had Tier 2) or create a Help Center. I had a long discussion with support about that, and they told me I should delete my account and recreate it. I did that, and after that I had even more issues - I could not create a Team and was stuck in the Welcome Screen. Support created the Team manually for me which at least allowed me to log in to the app again, but I still could not invite other users or create a Help Desk. Could be a nice application if it would work. I refunded at this point.
