I’m trying to do several things with the tool, but unfortunately, I keep running into issues.

I tried to download my newsletter recipients, but I couldn’t. I also tried to copy one of my old newsletters, and that didn’t work either. In addition, I tried uploading my list through Google Sheets, but I’m still having problems.

At this point, I’m finding the tool very difficult to work with. I was genuinely excited to purchase it through AppSumo, so I didn’t expect the after-sales support and overall experience to be this frustrating. Support is very slow

Bulk email sending throttling is nowadays a standard feature for any bulk email delivery platform. In Gumbamail almost instantly after starting any bulk campaign I get automated message that my campaign was stopped to prevent my server from being blacklisted because of a number of bounces (even when I was using a double verified existing email addresses lists). This makes Gumbamail practically useless for any bulk campaign with over 1000 recipients in any List. When do you have plans to introduce throttling to prevent this and enable using larger lists which many of email marketers use?

Dear Gumbamail, you need to listen to your customer. We paid for it. Not even solving the issue. Its quiet simple licensing issue to be sorted out from yourside. We are surprized to see that for each issue we need to write multiple times and it is very painful, and you just reply in a line or two that is it not possible. Not even looking at the scenario, where the resolution is supposed to be an action from yourside. Of all my purchased, this is the one I am leaving 1 star for the first time. Do resolve the issues and we will be more than happy to give a 5 star.

No customer service and not working properly

I like how the software allows you to customize emails and send several. However, I believe the uploading of a cvs could use some improvement. Overall, well worth the price.
