You mentioned that account with more than 1TB/month usage will be upgraded to the Enterprise tier (which has white label) without any additional cost. So, people who stack 5 codes (have 500GB bandwidth) only need to spend $50/month ($1 per 10GB) for the additional 500GB bandwidth and get the white label feature, right?
2. If our bandwidth usage is below 1TB/month, we'll need to pay $25/month for the white label, right?
3. How many custom domains (white label) do we get for $25/month? I read from some comments that it depends on the purpose we need the custom domain for. Can the answer be more specific? Perhaps giving some use case for reference?
4. If the monthly usage goes above 1TB/month and upgraded to Enterprise tier, how many custom domains do we get for free then?
5. Is there any way for us to keep the optimized images after disable/uninstall the plugin like ShortPixel?
6. Do you have a public roadmap?
7. Video compression and optimization is coming soon, any ETA?
8. Is PDF compression in the roadmap too?

Apologies for the delayed response.
1) Yes if you stack up 5 codes. and the use $50/month from "pay as you go" plan. We will upgrade you to the enterprise plan and provide white label feature.
2) Yes. If bandwidth is below 1 TB/ month you do have to pay extra for CNAME.
By paying $25 / month you will get CNAME feature + 250 GB bandwidth.
3 & 4) We will give upto 10 CNAMEs.
5) Unfortunately no. We store your optimised images in cache, so if they are not used they get deleted.
Another reason this is not possible for us to do is because we create versions of images based on device types. What's optimised for Android (WebP) won't even work for iOS. Giving you 100+ different version of each image won't help you either.
6 & 7) No.
But this is our roadmap:
- We will launch more plugins to make image optimisation super easy for even more platforms in this quarter.
- We are working on videos and we plan to launch video optimisation in 2020. But no timeline promises for that.
8) We do not have PDF compression. But we support converting PDF to images.
