Terrible Customer Service & Not Compatible with Divi
After I activate the WordPress plugin it creates some problems.
It prevented that showing most of the icons in one of my websites and a section of another of my websites.
I have contacted them, they replied 10 hours later with the answer “Assigning to the tech team.” One day passed there was no answer, I contacted them again, still no answer.
I rarely haste when it comes to spending services like this. Took me weeks of research and comparing from its competitor until I decided to grab full stacks. I have a high traffic blog and then implemented Gumlet, now my site is lightning fast. My best investment and decision I've ever made. Thanks Gumlet
But its a bit difficult to understand when i came to the dasboard. I try to setting without referring any documentation, and then I try to contact the support.
I got response from Jennifer Biscoe and Elena Markova at first.
But when I am asking for support, i think their response is worst.
Even I didn't get any response after I contact the support for day 1, day 2 and until today day 3 still not response to my question.
So i Decide to buy Gumlet,
It is very simple, easy to use and the service is very good i think. It is very easy to start using this Gumlet compare to Cloudimage with the worst support.
Anyway, good job Gumlet. Hope the support is better than cloudimage.
Just request for refund and bought this gumlet and the result at my site is awesome compare to cloudimage.

Additionally, when Gumlet Wordpress plugin is active Divi Theme Builder is not working, you cannot edit your theme properly.
