Hello, i am appsumo plus member and i wanted to purchase Gumlet VIdeo deal in this black friday sale. But i missed it. Anyone here requesting refund for this product (tier 5 or 6) can give me their purchase. Comment or reply here. Also requesting gumlet admin to consider this request.
So I bought Tier 6. I log in and I have 20,000 hours of video. I got to get a CNAME and it asks me to upgrade to the Growth Plan. So I check and my plan is still mapped to the "Free" plan. The answers here on AppSumo say it should be mapped to "Growth" with additional benefits of the Business plan. I figured it was an oversight so I contacted support and the AI chatbot says: "Remember that AppSumo plans are specifically for our Image product. If you're looking at Video features, you'll need a separate subscription." Is this just a bad AI answer? Or is this correct that I just spent $800 on an image optimization CND that has 20,000 hours of video I can't use? What's going on here? Thanks
