Legitimate concern after bad experiences on AppSumo

I’ve just purchased two level\u002D6 licenses because I truly found the tool impressive. However, we recently had a bad experience on AppSumo where another product simply vanished, causing us to lose almost 50% of our investment. Because of that, I have two important questions:\u000a\u000a1 — Do you have any visibility regarding the platform’s sustainability in the medium and long term? It would be difficult to maintain the license if there’s a risk of the platform disappearing within a short period, as happened with Sessions.US.\u000a\u000a2 — I couldn’t find an option to download specific video qualities stored in the platform. The system generates multiple MP4 versions, but downloading always retrieves the original file (often 4K). Could you add the option to download 360p or 720p versions?

Hi Shivam,\u000a\u000aPlease can we get a big \u0022download\u0022 button on the share page, with resolution options.\u000a\u000aIt\u0027s not clear to clients that they have to start playing the video to get the download button inside the player.\u000a\u000aVimeo\u0027s share page has a big \u0022Download\u0022 button, with options given for resolution \u003D very clear.\u000a\u000aMy clients need a big, clear download button next to the video, with size options.
