Q: Translation & bandwidth

I am interested in this but I want to the context of translation. Will the video/audio be translated to the desired language( like speaking the foreign language) or is it just the subtitle that is translated while the audio remains the same?

E.g if I want to translate an english video to french, will the speaker of the translated video speak french or is it only the subtitle that will be changed to French while the speaker speaks in english?

Is the lead capture form your native form or do I need to connect a third party form?

In your response to Lisandro on 29th Nov 2025, you stated that tier 3-5 have unlimited bandwith but I can see a limit of 1 TB on tier 2 and 2 TB on tier 3. Can you please clarify?

what security/piracy prevention measures does tier 1- tier 3 have?

A: Hi Hummingbird,

Appreciate your interest.
At this moment we only translate the subtitles and not the audio. There is no set plan for audio translation as of now. Because modern expectations include lip-sync with translation, which is not that good just yet.

Lead is captured with our native form.

Unlimited bandwidth is only available in tiers 5 and 6. All other tiers have it limited.

All tiers have privacy settings, password protection, geo-block, and allowed referrer as security settings. Tier 3 has Dynamic watermark as well.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Thanks,
Divyesh

Thank you Divyesh,

What happens if I reach the 1 TB limit of tier 2. Does it mean the video will stop playing or the url will not open? What is the maximum number of people or traffic this 1 TB can take?

Which email platforms are integrated with gumlet so I can send emails to the leads? Do you have native integration with google sheet?

Since video staying live is very important, we will not block your account once the limit is reached. Instead, we will charge you an overage fee of $0.08 per GB for the streaming used beyond the limit. This will be invoiced on the first of the following month, and you will have 20 days to make the payment.

Can the extra fee per GB be turned off? Just in case someone is trying to harm us by bandwith attacks?
