Be careful!!! I purchased the upgrade and its not working
I purchased the tier 5 plan (Black Friday 2024 offer) since I own the tier 2 plan since July 2023. I am using the same email address I used for the previous plan and my Gumlet account is with the same email address.
I am getting error in upgrading. I sent multiple emails to Gumlet support but keep getting generic response with no candid reply to upgrade. I am considering a refund request.
