2° Where can I check how much bandwidth was used already for the month (or used the previous month) ?
I would like to know to see if I should by a new code or if it not necessary.

I bought Gurucan last year and I really love it.
The platform is becoming better and better.
However the support is becoming clearly worse. It is almost impossible to receive an answer. The bot always sends to the FAQ again and again even if the answer is not there.
Have you planned to improve the support with the possibility to chat with a real person or to send an email ?
