I LOVE the promise of Gurucan, and have purchased the system and loaded all of my courses in - I'm ready to go! EXCEPT... the support is completely non-functional and I am prevented from launching.
Despite filing a "bug report" (since there is no live chat support), there has been no communication for over a week on my simple request to activate the SSL certificate on my account.
My question: Can you provide some feedback on whether your platform is actually sustainable? There has been no posts on your facebook page for over a year, seemingly no product updates, and zero support response. As this is to be an important part of my business, can you clarify what my expectations should be?
