learning curve is so steep, almost for anything that I want to do I have to reach out to support because something is not working to common sense, and then wait for support to respond. Its so risky to put out live to real customers (which unfortunately I have). There are a lot of small bugs as well and I think Gurucan should assign a team to fix those urgently first based on user feedback and leave the roadmap upgrades to a different team.

The question here is about the email functionality - there is email settings (for signup and confirmation) under Marketing > Email templates. These don't work by default. I was getting both emails on signup. Then there is an option under each Offer to select the email to be sent after purchase. Then there is also options to select which emails get sent on purchase and on starting the course. How are these supposed to be set up and how are these supposed to work in conjunction with each other? If there is contradiction between these, how will it work? I made some changes and now I don't even get to see the offers that I signed up for as a user. Please help asap. Thanks
