This is the best. I'm switching immediately.

After years and years of buying deals on Appsumo, This is Officially the BEST deal I've ever gotten on Appsumo. Ever. Mostly because - I can use it immediately. It works.

What I love: All of it. Seriously.
When I 'log in' to the app as a student, I like that the entire experience is MY brand once in the app. No other gurus, just this one.
User interface on the app is sleek. Updates fast when I make changes. Push notifications hit instantly and looked great.

And I can use it now - it works out of the box. Webinars are already in beta and can be tested.

Cons:
* Stripe subscriptions must be manually canceled, not an option via webhook, api or zapier.
* Mobile Chat Moderation: only via desktop. (didn't see a way to mod via mobile).
* No lesson/course import - only copy & paste. Text doesn't format when pasted - get one long paragraph.

The only thing that was nearly a deal breaker, is ...
"If your customer cancels their subscription and you use stripe..... you need to log into Stripe and manually cancel it, or else they will continue to be charged" but still lose access. That's the worst.

With technology the way it is today, this is a massive deficiency. I have other services that allows customers to cancel automatically, without me having to manually do anything. People hesitate to sign up for subscriptions because of difficulty canceling - or getting charged after they cancel - so ability to auto-cancel subscriptions is a top *necessity*. Support's response was that it's not possible. I'm still hopeful.

I do see webhook in account settings with a 'subscription cancel' option - but I have not found any documentation. Between webhooks and api and zapier, I feel this should be possible. My fingers are crossed this is already being worked on.

Requests:
#1 most important - webhooks / zapier or api integration to properly cancel stripe subscriptions.
Ability to moderate chats via mobile app (even simply ban / delete).
Ability to select students as community moderators (only, no other advanced permissions) - might be possible, I didnt see info.

Extra Credit Request - if you could somehow add the ability to dynamically change the app icon locally on the device for Apple devices, based on what school the user is logged into on the app - I would probably scream. I've read this is possible recently. Throwing it out there because... as long as I'm writing a wish list I mean... why not throw this in?
