Needs to improved quickly
It's not a product that I would be comfortable sharing with my audience. A huge reason is the design of the platform is rather bad, especially if we compare it to Teachable or Thinkific or Kajabi. Text and paragraphs' font size, spacing etc don't look 'premium' and makes my course look cheap. Several questionable features such as the mandatory sign up section on the sign up page, below the payment button - as we know in marketing, we want to reduce friction during the important purchase stage. Another issue is their customer support don't seem to be very reactive or able to explain in a way that is clea and makes sense.

Thanks, for your feedback.
We do agree that our UI far from perfect. And our community will see new sketches already in April. While we want it live already in June.
Regarding the signup process, I also agree with you, it will be fixed. But there was a reason why it is this way, 80% of our recurring users use ClickFunnels, SamCart, and other checkout and landing pages. That's why we didn't focus on that previously.
Regarding Customer support, I believe you mislead users here. The average answer time from CS is 20 mins. You can find 100's mentions in questions and reviews here on Deal page about the GREAT customer support of Gurucan.
Maybe, it was just a coincidence. or bad luck with your account.
