I have never before purchased from AppSumo any LTD with this support, live chat to which they actually respond within minutes.
Plus, they have a live Q&A session every Wednesday for us to ask whatever we want.

None of the 35 students I have so far have not complained to me about anything either, they access the content without any problems.

ADVANTAGES:
1.- Brutal support.
2.- Easy to import students in csv and assign them courses for free even if they are paid for the rest.
3.- Intuitive for students.
4.- Allows to upload video and documents (e.g. PDF) in the same course template, so that students have the video and below the documents to download.
5.- Automatic emails are easily configurable, editable and translatable (by hand) to other languages.

THINGS TO IMPROVE:
1.- More external platforms from which to embed videos (now only Vimeo and Wistia). For example Vadoo and Spotlightr would be good.
2.- Embedded videos should work in the app and not only in the browser.
3.- Integration with Pabbly, not only with Zappier.
4.- Integration with MailPoet, Kirim, Inbox, Acumbamail, Sendfox, etc.
5.- To be able to have several academies within the same account. Right now if you want two academies you need two accounts with different management emails.

CONCLUSION
I am very happy with Gurucan, it responds perfectly to my needs, it works well and the support is great. I recommend it 100%.
