Q: Woo, Theme, Slider, ACF?
Hello,
1) Can we edit standard WooCommerce pages (like Shop, Cart, Checkout etc) using GutenKit? Or do we need to install any additional plugins for that to happen?
2) Which theme (free) would you recommend the best fit for using with GutenKit?
3) MaxiBlocks has huge - huge number of templates, patterns and icons inbuilt, which we can readily use. Compared to that you still have very few. How frequently do you plan to release new templates, patterns and icons?
4) Is GutenKit fully compatible with ACF Pro for displaying the custom field data including the repeater feature of ACF Pro?
5) When will you be launching full fledged Slider module for Hero Section? and will that cover all styles of sliders like full width slider, screen height slider, block slider, post slider etc.? And will the slider builder have multiple layers?
Thanks

Sep 4, 2024A: Thank you for reaching out with your questions! We are happy to inform you:
1. We have a separate plugin for WooCommerce i.e. ShopEngine Gutenberg WooCommerce Builder Blocks. You can edit standard WooCommerce pages (like Shop, Cart, Checkout, etc) and use 36+ blocks, 5+ templates, and 4 advanced modules including product comparison, quick view, wishlist, etc to create a full-fledged eCommerce store. Therefore we don’t have any plans to add WooCommerce blocks in GutenKit at the moment. You can download ShopEngine Blocks from → https://wordpress.org/plugins/blocks-for-shopengine/
2. You can use any WordPress blocks while using GutenKit. However, when using Gutenberg in general, using block themes (default WordPress themes) would give you a more best experience.
3. We are continuously expanding our template library by adding templates and patterns with each version update. Also, we already have 100+ page templates and 500+ patterns in the plugin. While MaxiBlocks is focused on templates, we provide a more complete editing experience with 65+ blocks and 18+ modules including Mega Menu builder, Query Loop Builder, Dynamic Content, Offcanvas builder, and more.
4. GutenKit’s Dynamic Content module has the ACF support. However, we already have plans to add the Repeater Field and the Gallery Field support with GutenKit.
5. We're excited to let you know that we're currently developing a Slider Builder. You will be able to build any kind of slider, including, full-width slider, screen height slider, block slider, post slider, and so on.
Thanks again!
