I so wanted to love this product. I did buy it for a specific case use and they assured me it would work. I scheduled a half-hour chat with their friendly support people who couldn't figure out how to do it. They said they'd get back to me in a week and well over a month later (with me putting in two additional requests and emails) they still haven't replied.

A tech service without customer service just isn't going to make it in today's world.

The case use I was looking for was Instagram Insights, for anyone else searching to see if this product will do what they need.
