I have been using Klipfolio, Power Metric, EXCEL, and Google Data Studio to organize different types of data each month. I have been looking for a simpler and more efficient way to do the organizing work.
Gyanna is a the tool that does just that. It is a great way to organize my data in a simple and easy-to-use interface.
I like how Gyanna does ;
-I can organize and categorize all my data from various formats into a form that is easy to analyze by just drag and drop. It is so much faster than before when I had to do it manually. No more N/A nightmare in a spreadsheet!!
-There is no coding and no formulas (But if you understand the basic formula, you can add more flexibility to your workflow). It might take a little while to understand how this app works, but it's still easier than learning Excel or learning the formulas.
- Once I set up my workflow, I just need to add new data from my Google spreadsheet. Then, I just need to let it run and refresh my data automatically by automation function.

I still use datastudio for making charts and graphs. Because of Gyana dashboard doesn't have much customization ability.But I just found that they announced dashboard improvement. It allows me to create better looking dashboard!
Now, Gyanna is almost the perfect solution for me! If I can download the data directly instead of having it sent to my email inbox , and if I can connect with Zapier. It would be 100% perfect data analytics and cluster solution ever!
I really appreciate the team for building this amazing tool at such a reasonable price.
