Q: Is there anyway to remove your own branding?
I have a single article and the side bar has been loading for over 3 minutes now. When is this going to be fixed. I would have asked on your own site.. but I can not find anyway to contact you

Q: I do not see any live demo on your own website.
The one example you posted in previous question is just in English like any other KB saas. How is the translation in different languages works? Do users have choice?

Q: How do you save changes on the Integration page.
I need to change the placement of the icon. But there is no way to save that setting. The icon is sitting underneath the chat icon.
Also, are you adding any customisation to the icon aside from the colour (which I also can not save)
Will there be an option of just a code snippet I can add to a button or text link to open / close the side panel.
