The concept is good, yet the feel of the widget is old school and the loading can be very slow on occasion (articles taking over 1 minute), I hope this will be fixed?

I wasn't able to add a second language with Tier 1, so I upgraded to Tier 2 and only then was I able to add a 2nd language - so there is an issue there.

Can the Language be set in the JS call? as I want it set to the website language set in our SaaS platform; and is there the ability to remove Gydes Language dropdown, one as I want to set language via my platform and two Gyde's dropdown is frankly ugly... Need better UI...
