Q: any plans to improve on email features.
they are not robust as other form builders.
eg.,
1. for Email Content to be sent out to my leads, i cant format paragraphs, insert hyperlinks, attach images
2. similarly i cant customise the email notifications

May 15, 2024A: Thanks for the heads-up, Don! We'll see how we can improve this in the upcoming releases.
For what it's worth, switching to a dedicated email marketing platform (like Mailchimp) for these emails is always going to be better than what we can build into HappyForms. So if you're looking for HTML emails and automation, I suggest that route.
