The app works great and at first, it was one of my best purchases on Appsumo. They have recently started very shady business practices where if you need any type of support as an Appsumo customer, they won't provide help for 1-2 WEEKS! Their goal is to get you to purchase a plan. Not only that, any follow-up takes another 1-2 weeks for a response. What a horrible way to treat the people who supported you when you started.

You read that correctly. After falling in love with this amazing form program, yes, it's probably the best I've ever used, I was faced with a problem and needed to contact tech support. My response was a friendly email advising that support takes one to two weeks unless I want to buy a full-priced version that includes pro support. I will say one last time that this is likely the best form program I've ever used, but with a support package like this I believe that appsumo should seriously consider whether they want to include them in a future offering. I would have gladly paid more, but not on an annual basis.

HappyForms appears to have changed the login process, which makes accounts unavailible, as far as I can see.
But the key issue is the attitude. When contacting support, you get an email that says they'll get back in 1 - 2 weeks, and if you want it faster, you'll have to upgrade.
That is not cool, not inline with what was offered here, and not in the spirit of AppSumo deals.
Can we do anything about this?

I bought this couple of years back and now I started using it. I had an issue and left a support query. Guess what happened, I got an email saying "Thanks for reaching out. We received your request and will respond in 1 - 2 weeks (your AppSumo purchase includes basic support). If you'd like priority advanced support (24 hours, usually faster), you have the option to purchase a new Happyforms plan"
It's a shame that I have to wait 1 - 2 weeks. It's really disappointing.
