I purchased this and have started building some application forms. The forms I use in my business are long and detailed. I found this product to be a good fit for this use case. I had also purchased the Clust deal a while back, but that software was not nearly as good for building applications. I also took a hard look at AIDA forms as well. IMHO I think the interface of AIDA forms is better, I like the icons next to the fields, but I wasn't convinced that AIDA had the ability gather abandoned form responses or the ability to allow a customer to return to the application and pick up where they left off. HappyForms has a setting that deals with this allowing them to pick up where they left off for a full week. This feature was important to me, because for my application the client will need to gather detailed information and may not be able to get it all in one sitting. Prior to using online forms, I had to use .pdf forms to send it to them. This was always a problem, because my older customer couldn't print it off or didn't know how to attach documents. Or the form didn't resize correctly. I am excited to begin using these forms as of yet, I am just building them.

I do wish there was a setting where the customer could expand the form depending on how many entries they needed to put in. For example, depending on the number of kids they have they could just click button that would "add one more line" where they could fill out the details on each kid rather than providing say six lines and then having a space where they type in the information in paragraph form that they were inputting in an organized fashion.
