Worst deal ever
I bought this couple of years back and now I started using it. I had an issue and left a support query. Guess what happened, I got an email saying "Thanks for reaching out. We received your request and will respond in 1 - 2 weeks (your AppSumo purchase includes basic support). If you'd like priority advanced support (24 hours, usually faster), you have the option to purchase a new Happyforms plan"
It's a shame that I have to wait 1 - 2 weeks. It's really disappointing.

Your AppSumo deal is still active and you're still receiving all of your benefits from the terms of that deal (plan features, site usage, and any additional product updates). The AppSumo deal you purchased does not include any email support commitment. Our decision to offer customers paid priority email support is in no way related to this AppSumo deal or in violation of that deal.
