Hi, I recently noticed that now Happy Scribe adds watermark to video subtitles. I got the deal about two years ago. Any changes to lifetime deal buyers? Also, the format for subtitles is now only SRT. If I want to download the VTT version (which I use for courses), do I have to pay a membership? I'd love feedback on this, as we were promised access to any updates and now I see is changing in the wrong direction.
