I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this software is excellent and everything is has advertised to do. I'm leaving this now, years after it has gone from AppSumo in hopes that it comes back and you'll have the opprotunity to purchase it.

Recently they added meeting transcription and summaries on Zoom. It is amazing. The summaries are about 80% of what you get from Zoom's service but you can go into the transcription and chat with it to get the information you want out of it. I simply love this feature and use it if not daily then surely multiple times a week.

They have been continually developing this software since its release. Good on them for being earnest in their improvement of the product.

I just used this for the first time & it was fabulous. Quick & easy to use. The transcription quality (English) was really great too! I love that it allowed me to chose the format to export it into - I used WORD - I just made a few minor edits & it was done! I am so impressed!

This has made our attempt to make our videos courses accessible so much easier!

I was SO excited to see the new AI Summary/Blog feature. I used it instantly.

This is GREAT value.

I am deaf and unfortunately most of the videos are not subtitled; you never think about this disability that you can't see. But subtitles also help hearing people to enjoy videos in circumstances where audio is not allowed, or to facilitate with a translation into another language. Happy Scribe helps in an exceptional way to quickly have almost perfect transcriptions and to easily correct the few inconsistencies. And, this is an advantage regardless of where the video will be published. Everyone, without exception, should use this tool to produce truly accessible and inclusive videos.
