1. IT IS SUPER EASY. In just a few steps, I was choosing videos from my Youtube channel to transcribe. Within 40 minutes, I was easily walking through and editing the transcript. If you use audio that is clear and doesn't have unnecessary background noise, then even the editing process is fast. I was done in another 40-minutes with that part. Plus, it automatically uploads your translation file to Youtube or other platforms it has integrated with.... for no extra fee!

2. THE EDITING PROCESS -- KARAOKE STYLE IS GENIUS. Just WOOOOOW! No matter where you put your mouse to clarify a sentence... it works like magic. I don't have to hit rewind, listen a thousand times, etc. It just works.

3. DOWNLOADING MY TRANSCRIPT. Listen, there are many options to download your transcript including the common two -- WORD & PDF. But if you need something more technical, all the bases are covered there also.

4. THEY LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! OH MY GOODNESS! Let's just say this is such a rarity with LTDs. Many of these companies - and I have bought a couple of thousands in deals - do not listen.
