I had tried another Sumo-offered transcription tool recently, but it did a terrible job on the 2-person audio interview that I entered for transcription. I requested a refund and turned to Fiverr to have someone do the transcription instead.

Gave HappyScribe a try and it worked great! It quickly returned an hour of audio transcribed well with the two people speaking identified properly throughout most of the hour. The platform makes it very easy for me to go through and clean up some of the areas that needed a bit of improvement. (The 2 people talk over each other sometimes and the platform had some challenges with that, but that's to be expected.)

I appreciate that the audio tracks with the text and I can put my cursor somewhere and the audio returns to that spot so that I can quickly review the transcript for accuracy.

HappyScribe makes me happy. :)

Note: I have not tried the in-video subtitles feature.
