- LiveAgent (all round customer support app)
- Novocall (online phone call booking app)
- Nusii (project proposal, presentation and payment app)

(2) Does Harmonizely support Asian based languages? E.g. Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia?
(3) Given that the LTD plan includes “Custom Domain”, is this feature for EACH PLAN (more than 1 code) or EACH USER (1 code)?
Example,
> Buying 5 separate single code (US$49) with 5 single and separate users = 5 custom domains
[1 user entitled to 1 custom domain]
> Buying 5 codes as a plan (US$245) means 5 codes with 5 users = 5 custom domains OR 1 custom domain?
[Is this a ‘team’ plan???]
(4) Is there a plan for a company with 20-50 users? If using the existing Appsumo plan (current offer), then when an employee (user) leave the company, can a new employee take up the Harmonizely slot used previously? How does it work?
(5) Any Affiliates or Partnership program/plan?

Some of these integrations can already be connected via webhooks. Thanks for the suggestions. We will include it in our feature request list.

We can add those if you can help us translating it :)

1 user can have 1 custom domain.
Example,
> Buying 5 separate single code (US$49) with 5 single and separate users = 5 custom domains

Yep, in that case, if you redeem each code in separate accounts (1 user = 1 code), each user will be able to connect 1 custom domain.

yes, 5 codes = 5 custom domains. Every user will have his/her own custom domain. If you redeem at least 2 codes from one account, you will be able to create an organization and have a separate organization scheduling page, where you would be able to connect additional custom domain for the whole organization (e.g. meet.harmonizely.com), you will be able to invite more users to the organization too - this is a team plan. In that case, each user in the organization would be still able to use his/her personal custom domain if connected.
(4) Is there a plan for a company with 20-50 users? If using the existing Appsumo plan (current offer), then when an employee (user) leave the company, can a new employee take up the Harmonizely slot used previously? How does it work?
Let's say you redeemed 20 codes in a single account. You will be able to invite 19 more ppl to the organization. You can remove and invite users at any time. If you remove someone from the organization, the seat will be released and you would be able to invite someone else without a need to redeem additional codes.
(5) Any Affiliates or Partnership program/plan?
Yes, we are working on it. It should be available soon.
