I just saw one of your replies to another question where you said, "If you fail to login to your account within one year, we close your account with multiple email notifications sent to you prior to closing your account" ...really?
So, if we buy this AppSumo LifeTime Deal then the lifetime is not lifetime? You will close our account, and we forfeit any monies deposited but unused, if we don't log in at least once every 365 days?
I have many AppSumo purchases and sometimes use them infrequently. It is very likely that in the future I may be sidetracked from my side hustle ventures to focus on my full time job, family, or to take a mental break. So, you will close my account even thought I paid for a "lifetime" offer?
Why be so aggressive/strict/grabby with other' monies deposited? Why can't we take a 1 year+ sabbatical without losing what we have paid for?
This totally turns me off to doing business with your company.
