Havoc Shield - Plus exclusive Reviews

The product is in need of tutorials and the user experience still lacks a professional touch. I was able to use the email forwarder, the other tool not sure how they are working in the background, I have no feedback from them. However, I will be keeping the product. Because they are generous with the amount of tools, and I'm betting they will make them more user-friendly and improve them over time. The email forwarder is the easy and useful tool you can use now as it is ripe.

I'll be asking for a refund, the software is not mature enough.
The update client is blind, you don't know what is does when and where.
Software patching is not included, even tough they pretend it is.

The mailscanner is only a mail forwarding scan tool.

The documents are quite basic, not configurable etc.

The security awareness test returns a 500 server error and does not work.

It has potential, but they need about 2 more years of development first.

I am sure it is user error, however, as the user I have some issues.
The OS and Software Patching does not work and tells me to talk to the team administrator -which is me or contact 'us' for help, but there are no contact details for 'us'.
The Cyber Awareness training does not set up properly, gives me a message that 'this is taking longer than expected' and as before there is no contact details for any support.

I am should have known more about the benefits of this tool. I am definitely a cyber dummy! But, I'm learning, and the team here has put together a great tool for those of us that need to have a security policy, training, and a set of tools that we can use without too much knowledge in the security arena.

This is one of the more underrated tools on AppSump right now. I can see a use case for just about any company. I really needed help with this, and I do believe utilizing Havoc Shield will give my clients more confidence I am doing my diligence to keep their data secure. I spent two days testing the platform with a friend who has over 15 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security. My friend advised me to upgrade to License Tier 5. My friend is currently looking into recommending this low-cost cybersecurity solution to his small and midsized clients.

Pros:

1. The UI is very intuitive! It took us less than 10 minutes to set up almost everything. The system was designed for non-technical people, and setting everything up was very simple.

2. The fully customizable information security and compliance policies alone are worth the investment in this platform. These policies are customizable and written by professional security experts.

3. One of the most painless Cyber Awareness Training & Phishing Simulations programs I have seen around.

4. Running the vulnerability scanner against the Corporate Website was a piece of cake.

5. The team wide data breach and dark web monitoring are very critical, and I can’t wait to test this feature out.

6. Top-notch Customer Service was provided by Brain, Charlie, and Henry. All our questions were answered via their online chat during the weekend. Thank you 🙏

Cons:

Nothing I can think of right now. Based on my discussion with my Cyber Security friend, the deal is a steal for its current offering. For us, it is a great idea to upgrade to the Foundations Plan to allow us for better control and visibility over our global users and assets. I plan to take advantage of the discount offered by the Havoc Shield management and unlock the whole program and the other tools, such as the Anti-Virus, Team Password Manager, and Remote Management.

Wish List:

It would be nice for the Mail Armor email security if the Havoc Shield team could create a button in outlook to click on it for suspicious emails.

Conclusion:

Havoc Shield is a hidden Gem, and taking advantage of it now will save you money and time in the long run. For us, it is one of the best deals on AppSumo this year.
