Not working for me
I am sure it is user error, however, as the user I have some issues.
The OS and Software Patching does not work and tells me to talk to the team administrator -which is me or contact 'us' for help, but there are no contact details for 'us'.
The Cyber Awareness training does not set up properly, gives me a message that 'this is taking longer than expected' and as before there is no contact details for any support.

The error prompts for the agent are set by the vendor and we cannot customize the lanauge here. You can reach out to support@havocshield.com and we can settle your open questions.
Regarding cybersecurity awareness training, this is due to an issue with the underlying vendor there that has since been resolved (https://status.webroot.com/incidents/4jz2dst0sqdl). Sorry about that! I have re-run the workflow assoicated with your training and have successfully corrected the error.
