*UPDATE*
The product is getting regular updates and fixes, so I want to show some grace here. After the most recent update, it seems more stable and I was able to get past my prior blocker. I'll keep an eye on this tool, which fills a VITAL need for many including myself, and revise my rating (hopefully further upward) as I continue to observe it improve and address bugs. I want to encourage the developer to keep going as this is a good tool that provides a vital service. It just needs more stability tweaks.

I also experienced the disconnection errors. I'm not in the habit of spending this kind of money for a product to fail, as another reviewer mentioned, when I needed it the most. Most people who are tuned into token savings take it very seriously and expect the product to perform.

For the record, I paid for this tool. This is not based on Plus free usage. If and when it is fixed, I'll be happy to revisit my rating.
