tocaQ: Replacing Models - ie different employees
I was wondering what the "Available add-on of One-time training model" is. Does it mean we can pay the one-time training to replace on our "models" (ie Employee) or it an additional one? For example, If I have 12 Emloyees but Jane leaves the company I she is being replaced with Tommy, do I buy that "One-time training" add-on to replace Jane with Tommy in an ongoing basis? Or does it mean I now have 13 models (employees) with profile pics?

Mar 12, 2026A: The “One-time training model” add-on is for creating an additional AI model, not for replacing an existing one.
So in your example:
If you currently have 12 employees (12 trained models) and Jane leaves,
And Tommy joins the company,
you would need to purchase a new one-time training add-on to train Tommy’s model.
This will create a new model for Tommy, rather than replacing Jane’s existing model.
Because each AI model requires a separate training process and dataset, it cannot simply be swapped or overwritten with another person’s photos.
So after training Tommy, you would technically have 13 models in total (Jane’s old model + Tommy’s new model).
If you'd like, we can also disable or archive Jane’s model so it no longer appears in your dashboard.
