The software is of good quality. The images are high-resolution and closely resemble the reference model, with no particular artefacts on the feet or hands (except in a few cases), but it has some significant limitations which I hope will be rectified as soon as possible:
- The images created are displayed without the prompt and the settings used to generate them. This makes it impossible to recreate similar images unless you have copied the prompt and parameters elsewhere (1 star)
- Only six photos were used to train the model, one of which showed a smile. In 90 per cent of cases, the generated images always featured the same facial expression (the smile) and the same gaze (2 stars). Training the model on a larger number of photos with a wider range of facial expressions would certainly have improved the quality of the images produced.
- Since I purchased the software, my Appsumo credits have never been updated automatically each month. I have always had to send a message via the software’s messaging system (chat) and wait 2–3 days for the credits to be updated.
I hope the software company takes these points on board and implements these features as soon as possible.
The quality and likeness of the generated photos are very good, but these shortcomings are significant.

I spoke to Nafis through their chat box and he escalated the issue which is uploading my photos to create my own character. The site just spun for hours and never produced the character. Kind of the whole point of the app. I was asked to give them three days to solve and have heard nothing from them in three days. I am happy to change my rating once I can utilize the app for it's primary purpose. Very disappointed in this developer.

Unfortunately, this appears to be another case where the product is supported while the appsumo campaign is running, and then support for the product disappears once the campaign is over.

I reached out to their support over 3 days ago (business days, not weekend) because their authorization system is broken and so I can't even get access to my purchase. Appsumo has also tried to reach out to them on my behalf and no response. After more than 3 days, I finally got a brief response saying "we're working on it" ... that was over a day ago, and nothing since then. I still can't access my purchase and no offer from Headshotly to get this resolved in another way (like manually adding me in).

So, while I haven't been able to actually use the product because it's broken, it's very concerning that they can't even resolve such a critical issue in a reasonable timeframe. You can't even get support for an issue, which doesn't instill much confidence in the product overall.

I really hope that Headshotly will take this criticism and turn things around, as I would love to keep the product ... and I will happily edit my review if they do.

My girlfriend hired a professional photographer and had to pay 35 euros per image. Then I told her let me do the same and I will give you better images in different setting and with different clothing on. As much as you would like. She was also amazed.

I was skeptical after seeing the results of so many AI programs. I must say I was impressed!! Not only that, I was just downright astonished!! I can't say enough about this app. It's great!
