That makes me think that you know people won't be impressed, but then they're stuck.
So I don't understand why you can't refund this, as once we refund we'd lose all access.

Couldn't agree with you more. The negative comments I can see on TrustPilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/apps.get-headway.com) don't say otherwise, either. Surprised AppSumo didn't check this themselves. If you're serious about this please change deal to refundable so we have re-assurance this isn't a scam.
